ORDER, SUA SPONTE, CONSOLIDATING APPEALS nos. 08-CM-814 through 08-CM-841 and 08-CM-881 through 08-CM-885 for all purposes herein. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, if Mark Goldstone, Esquire, seeks appointment under Criminal Justice Act, counsel shall within 20 days from the date of this order, file a motion and fully completed financial information statement, available for completion online, for each appellant to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis pursuant to D.C. App. R. 24 (3). It is FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for appellants shall immediately taked the necessary steps to review the trial court record and to ensure that the transcripts necessary to the appeals have been ordered and shall, within 30 days from the date of this order complete and file with this court a single copy of the statement regarding tanscript available for completion online.
